Blown away
I couldn't believe how much I lost in the first week.
10 pounds in week 1 for me and 4 pounds for Dale, what a brilliant start for us. Mind you it really just goes to show what a state i was in before we started LOL.
Gym sessions started this week with Ann Marie, she has just come back from ski-ing and we expected her to be in a bad mood and really put us through the mill but she didn't and all went well. Then on wed's we thought we could relax a bit and she beasted us. Aching all over today, totally knackered and starving hungry as well but hey hum it's all for a good cause.
You won't believe this but just had Victoria (Beckham) on the phone wanting to know how we are going about the diet because she want's to put David on it coz he's putting a few pound's on now that he's not playing. I said " Girlfriend you'll have to speak to our guru's if you want the diet plan."
Thankyou to everyone that has sponsored us so far and also thankyou for the support that everyone is giving us, it really mean's a lot to us and keep's us going.
