The Coffee Morning held on Saturday 19th June in the Pensioners Hall Mainsgate Road Millom, was a very well attended event, we were the only Coffee Morning being held that day, which makes a difference.....
The actual money for the SCDG funds after deduction of expenses was £204-00, from the cake stall, Tombola, Raffle, Bric-a Brac stall, and Door Entrance.
The members thank you the public that attended for making it such a success, and also to Tesco who donated a £20 Voucher raffle prize.

Thanks to everyone who attended and supported the event held by South Copeland Disability Group. There was a wonderful atmosphere, as a many of the Millom community came for a cup of tea, tried their luck in the raffle and tombola and had a good crack with their friends.
Well done to the group for all its hard work in raising the funds. Hope it can be done on a regular basis.

As a member of the South Copeland Disability Group I just want to say a big thank you to everybody who supported the coffee morning, by attending, baking cakes, helping on stalls, setting up tables and donating lovely raffle and tombola prizes.
It was well worth the hard work. It was a lovely morning. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it was an excellent opportunity to for the community to come together for a crack.
