SCHOOL DAYS: We have been able to provide more names for pupils on this picture at Risedale Secondary School, Barrow, thanks to Ellen Baines. She is sure the picture was from 1955 and said others girls from that 1955 to 1957 era included Elaine Wolstenholme, Joyce Unsworth and Margaret Kerr. Among the boys she could recall were Peter Watts, Paul Cain, John Muncaster, David Leech, Irvin Beattie, Derek Franklin, Frank Dobson and Alan Wilson. Classmates from 1957, Phylis Kyriacou (nee Turner) and Jean Anderson (nee Harkins) are organising a reunion and would like to here from any interested old boys and girls from the Risedale school on 01229 476735 or 01229 472370
