Week one nearly done
Hardest day so far (Saturday)
Saturday proved to be pretty hard. Out all day at football ( which never went too well), struggled to find the right balance of time and eating regularly. The Mrs went out to a party and left me to my own devices. Home made rogan josh with basmati rice for tea which was fantastic but come 9.30 god i was hungry and every time an advert come on it was for some kind of food, i'm sure they were trying to wind me up.
Dale decided it was a better shout to miss some food so he could have a bottle of wine instead, the boy has a problem ha ha. I don't know if he did but the scales will tell us all. ha ha
HUNGER PANGS ARE OUR FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd like to thank everyone that has posted on the blog but also can i remind everyone that we are doing this for the oncology unit and we are hoping to raise at least £500 for them. If you would like to sponsor us could you kindly call in to our shop on Dalton Road ( SA-FIRES opposite heath's ) all donations would be greatly appreciated.
We start the GYM on monday night, first session with Ann Marie so it should be intersting.
I forgot to mention that after the Photo's were printed in the evening mail some unkindly person said that the picture of Dale posing on that machine looked like Andy Pitkin off Little Britain, Dale said "I don't want that one i want that one" when he was asked which picture he wanted. LOL
BRING ON THE GYM. NO PAIN NO GAIN.
